A standard shipping rate of €10 applies to bears destined for Ireland. Please contact us for shipping rates for countries outside of Ireland

 

TIME TO DISPATCH

Our bears take on average 2-3 months from order to dispatch. For custom bears and memory bears, this time may be longer as a result of the customisation process.

GARMENT SELECTION

It's simple. The best garments are those of which you have memories of the person wearing. It does not matter if the garments are stained or worn out, we can work around that.

CUSTOMISING BEARS

All bears can be customised to your design. This can include using different colour and types of fabric, and creating different accessories. We can also create once off unique bears even if they are not shown on our website! If you have an idea in mind for your bear, please let us know via email or over the telephone and we will do our best to make it come to life.

MEMORY BEAR FABRICS & PHOTOS

Since memory bears are made from fabrics that you must supply, you need to either send or deliver these fabrics to our bear workshop. If you would ike to include a photo of the person whom the bear is dedicated to, please send this via email in 'jpg' format. Each memory bear is unique and it is advised to contact us to discuss the fabric requirements before you order your bear.
